Does Counselor Realty require a minimum number of sales agents for an Additional Office?

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Counselor Realty consents to any Additional Office locations, any sales agents operating out of such Additional Office locations will be counted as part of the number of sales agents operating from your Office. This is for the purposes of Section 1.3(a) of the agreement.

This means that while there isn't a separate minimum sales agent requirement specifically for Additional Offices, the sales agents in those locations contribute to the overall minimum number of agents required for the main franchised Office. This is a benefit to the franchisee because it allows them to meet the minimum sales agent requirement by combining agents from the main office and any additional offices.

In contrast, if a franchisee opens an Extension Office, they must maintain a mutually agreed-upon minimum number of sales agents specifically for that Extension Office, separate from the requirements of the main office. This distinction highlights that Additional Offices are treated as an extension of the main office for sales agent count purposes, while Extension Offices have their own separate requirements.
