What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, supplemental initial training is available for franchisees and their key personnel. Counselor Realty will provide this training at a Counselor Realty office or another location they designate, scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

However, this supplemental training comes at a cost. Counselor Realty charges a fee of $175 per trainer per hour for the training, including initial training. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by both their employees and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training.

This means that while Counselor Realty offers ongoing support and training, franchisees need to budget for these additional costs. It is important for prospective franchisees to consider these expenses when evaluating the overall investment and potential profitability of a Counselor Realty franchise.
