What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Counselor Realty offers supplemental initial and ongoing training for franchisees and their key personnel. This training is provided at a Counselor Realty office or another location designated by Counselor Realty, at a mutually convenient time.
However, this training comes at a cost. Franchisees are required to pay a fee of $175 per trainer per hour for the training, including initial training. Additionally, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by themselves, their employees, and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training.
Prospective franchisees should consider these costs when budgeting for their franchise. While ongoing training can be beneficial for staying updated on best practices and industry changes, the hourly fee and associated expenses could represent a significant investment. It would be prudent to inquire about the typical duration and frequency of ongoing training sessions to estimate the potential financial commitment.
