6. COUNSELOR SERVICES.

  • 6.1 Training. At your request, Counselor will provide you and up to two of your key personnel initial training at a "Counselor" office or other location designated by Counselor, at any mutually convenient time. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Counselor Realty will provide initial training to the franchisee and up to two key personnel at the franchisee's request. The amount of initial training is determined by Counselor Realty. The training will take place at a Counselor Realty office or another location designated by Counselor Realty at a mutually convenient time.

Counselor Realty also offers supplemental initial and ongoing training for the franchisee and key personnel. The length of supplemental training varies based on the subject matter and the franchisee's training needs. The Franchise Chairperson will coordinate training.

The franchisee is responsible for paying Counselor Realty a fee of $175 per trainer per hour for all training, including initial training. Additionally, the franchisee must cover all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by the franchisee, their employees, and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training. Counselor Realty will not provide any payment to the franchisee during training.
