What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay a one-time fee of $750 for each Additional Office application. This fee must be submitted along with a request to Counselor Realty that describes the location of the proposed Additional Office and any other information Counselor Realty may require. This fee is referred to as the "Additional Office Application Materials".

After Counselor Realty receives the Additional Office Application Materials, including the $750 fee, they have 30 days to review the application and proposed location. Counselor Realty will then notify the franchisee whether or not they consent to the opening of the Additional Office location.

It is important to note that any Additional Office that Counselor Realty consents to must comply with all requirements of the Franchise Agreement and the current System standards. This ensures that all locations operate under the same guidelines and maintain the brand's consistency.
