- (b) You must pay us a monthly Website Fee in an amount equal to $75 for each Office location (including each Additional Office and Extension Office), plus $25 for
each licensed agent choosing to have an optional agent website provided by Counselor. For purposes of clarity, if you have 10 agents who choose to have the optional agent website, your Website Fee would be $325 ($75 plus $25 multiplied by 10). The amount of the Website Fee may be increased during the term of this Agreement by Counselor from time to time in its sole discretion. At the beginning of each month, we will send you an invoice for the amount of the Website Fee you owe us for the current month, and you must pay us the amount of such Continuing Agent Fee on or before the 20th day of such month. The monthly Website Fee will apply to any agents operating out of any Additional Office locations or Extension

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the monthly Website Fee does apply to Additional Office locations. The franchisee must pay a monthly Website Fee of $75 for each office location, which includes each Additional Office. In addition to the $75 fee per office, there is an additional $25 charge for each licensed agent who chooses to have an optional agent website provided by Counselor Realty. Therefore, the total Website Fee will be the sum of the $75 base fee per office plus $25 for each agent with an optional website.
For example, if a franchisee has one main office and one Additional Office, the base Website Fee would be $150 (2 offices x $75). If, across both offices, 10 agents choose to have the optional agent website, the additional fee would be $250 (10 agents x $25). The total monthly Website Fee would then be $400 ($150 + $250). This fee structure applies to both Additional Offices and Extension Offices.
Counselor Realty may increase the amount of the Website Fee during the term of the Franchise Agreement at its sole discretion. The franchisee will receive a monthly invoice for the Website Fee and must pay it on or before the 20th day of the month. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these ongoing website fees, especially if they plan to operate multiple office locations or have a large number of agents who may want the optional agent website, as these costs can accumulate quickly.
