At the beginning of each month, we will send you an invoice for the amount of the Mobile App Fee you owe us for the prior month, and you must pay us the amount of such Mobile App Fee on or before the 20th day of such month.

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Mobile App Fee is invoiced monthly and due by the 20th of the month. Specifically, Counselor Realty will send franchisees an invoice at the beginning of each month for the Mobile App Fee incurred during the prior month. Franchisees are then required to pay this fee on or before the 20th day of the month in which the invoice is received.

Franchisees in these areas are required to utilize the Mobile App and pay the associated fee. The amount of the Mobile App Fee can be increased at Counselor Realty's discretion during the franchise term.
