6. COUNSELOR SERVICES.
- 6.1 Training. At your request, Counselor will provide you and up to two of your key personnel initial training at a "Counselor" office or other location designated by Counselor, at any mutually convenient time. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will provide initial training to the franchisee and up to two key personnel. This training will be held at a Counselor Realty office or another location designated by the company at a mutually convenient time.
Supplemental initial and ongoing training is also available for the franchisee and their key personnel at a Counselor Realty office or another designated location, scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
The franchisee is responsible for paying a training fee of $175 per trainer per hour for all training, including initial training. Additionally, the franchisee must cover all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by themselves, their employees, and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training.
