What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to open an additional office within their designated territory, they must submit a request to Counselor Realty. This request should describe the location of the proposed additional office and include any other information Counselor Realty may require, along with a one-time fee of $750 for each additional office location. This fee is referred to as the "Additional Office Application Materials" fee.

After Counselor Realty receives the Additional Office Application Materials, including the $750 fee, they have 30 days to review the application and the proposed location. Within this 30-day period, Counselor Realty will notify the franchisee whether or not they consent to the opening of the additional office location.

It's important to note that any additional office that Counselor Realty consents to must comply with all requirements of the Franchise Agreement and the then-current system standards. This ensures consistency and adherence to the brand's operational guidelines across all locations.
