6. COUNSELOR SERVICES.
- 6.1 Training. At your request, Counselor will provide you and up to two of your key personnel initial training at a "Counselor" office or other location designated by Counselor, at any mutually convenient time. At your request, Counselor will provide supplemental initial and/or ongoing training for you and/or your key personnel at a "Counselor" office or other location designated by Counselor, at any mutually convenient time. You must pay Counselor a fee for training (including initial training) in the amount of $175 per trainer per hour. In addition, you must pay all travel, living and incidental expenses you and your employees, and our trainers, incur in connection with training. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training is provided at the franchisee's request to the franchisee and up to two key personnel. This training occurs at a Counselor Realty office or another location designated by Counselor Realty, scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Supplemental initial and ongoing training is also available upon request for the franchisee and their key personnel, held at a designated Counselor Realty office or other location at a mutually convenient time.
The franchisee is responsible for covering training fees of $175 per trainer per hour, including initial training. Additionally, the franchisee must cover all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by themselves, their employees, and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training. The Franchise Policy Guidelines are available for review at Counselor Realty's corporate office in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, and are subject to periodic changes.
