The franchisee is responsible for paying Counselor Realty a training fee of $175 per trainer per hour, including initial training. The franchisee must also cover all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by the franchisee, their employees, and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training. These costs could range from $0 to $750 per person per day, depending on travel requirements.
