According to the 2025 Counselor Realty Franchise Disclosure Document, Counselor Realty will provide initial training to the franchisee and up to two key personnel, if requested. The extent of this initial training is determined by Counselor Realty.

In addition to initial training, Counselor Realty also offers supplemental initial and ongoing training to the franchisee and their key personnel in various aspects of establishing and operating the business. This training is coordinated by Counselor Realty's Franchise Chairperson at a designated "Counselor" office. The length of supplemental training varies based on the subject matter and the franchisee's training needs.

It's important to note that while Counselor Realty provides the training, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs. The franchisee must pay Counselor Realty a fee of $175 per trainer per hour for providing training, including initial training. Additionally, the franchisee must cover all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by themselves, their employees, and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training. The franchisee will not be paid during the training period.
