- (b) You may apply to open one or more additional offices within your designated Territory (an "Additional Office") by submitting a request to Counselor describing the location of such proposed Additional Office as well as any additional information Counselor may require or request, along with one-time fee of $750 for each Additional Office location (the "Additional Office Application Materials"). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee who wishes to open an Additional Office within their designated territory must submit specific items to Counselor Realty for approval. These items are collectively referred to as the "Additional Office Application Materials."
The Additional Office Application Materials must include a request describing the location of the proposed Additional Office. The franchisee must also provide any additional information that Counselor Realty may require or request. Furthermore, the franchisee must include a one-time fee of $750 for each Additional Office location with the application materials.
After Counselor Realty receives the Additional Office Application Materials and the $750 fee, they have 30 days to review the materials and the proposed location. Following this review, Counselor Realty will notify the franchisee whether or not they consent to the opening of the Additional Office. It is important to note that any Additional Office that Counselor Realty consents to must comply with all requirements of the Franchise Agreement and the then-current System standards.
