Can a Counselor Realty franchisee request a webpage for each licensed agent?

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can request a separate webpage or subdomain on Counselor Realty's website for each licensed agent operating through their office. The franchisee must make this request in writing.

Counselor Realty also states that the franchisee will be required to pay a Website Set Up Fee for any webpages or subdomains. Additionally, the franchisee must pay a Website Fee associated with the webpages and subdomains created for the office, any additional offices or extension offices, and for the licensed agents operating through such offices. The amounts and timing of these fees are determined by Counselor Realty at its discretion.

The monthly Website Fee is $75 for each office location, including additional and extension offices. There is an additional $25 monthly fee for each licensed agent who chooses to have an optional agent website provided by Counselor Realty. For example, if a franchisee has 10 agents with optional websites, the total Website Fee would be $325 ($75 + ($25 x 10)). Counselor Realty retains the right to increase the Website Fee during the term of the agreement.
