What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a fee for training, including initial training. This fee is $175 per trainer per hour. This means the total cost of training will depend on the number of trainers used and the length of the training sessions.

In addition to the hourly training fee, franchisees are also responsible for covering all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by both the franchisee and their employees, as well as Counselor Realty's trainers, in connection with the training. These additional costs can significantly increase the overall investment required for training.

Counselor Realty will provide initial training for the franchisee and up to two key personnel at a Counselor Realty office or another designated location. Supplemental initial and ongoing training is also available at the franchisee's request, subject to the same fees and expense reimbursement policies. Franchisees should budget accordingly for these training expenses and factor them into their overall financial projections.
