What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for specific costs related to training programs. Counselor Realty will provide initial training for the franchisee and up to two key personnel, as well as supplemental training, at a location designated by Counselor Realty.

The franchisee must pay Counselor Realty a training fee of $175 per trainer per hour for both initial and ongoing training. This fee covers the cost of the trainer's time.

In addition to the hourly training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by both the franchisee (and their employees) and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training. These expenses can include transportation, accommodation, meals, and other related costs. This means that the total cost of training can vary significantly depending on the location of the training, the number of people attending, and the duration of the training program.
