What is the deadline for paying the Mobile App Fee to Counselor Realty each month?

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay the Mobile App Fee by the 20th day of the month. Counselor Realty will send an invoice at the beginning of each month for the amount of the Mobile App Fee owed for the prior month.

This fee is mandatory for franchisees with office locations in the 11-county metropolitan area of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, which includes the Counties of Scott, Wright, Isanti, Dakota, Anoka, Hennepin, Washington, Carver, Ramsey, Sherburne and Chisago. The fee is also required if a franchisee elects to utilize the Mobile App, regardless of location. The Mobile App Fee covers the costs incurred by Counselor Realty to initiate and continue the franchisee's Mobile App service, including one-time setup fees and monthly data/phone fees.
