For franchisees operating within the 11-county metropolitan area of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, the Advertising Fee is $60 per agent per month. For offices outside this area, franchisees must participate in a Regional Advertising Group and pay $25 per agent per month to the Regional Advertising Fund.

It is important to note that Counselor Realty has the right to increase the Advertising Fee for offices in the Twin Cities area at its discretion.
