What is the deadline for a Counselor Realty franchisee to pay the Advertising Fee?

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Advertising Fees are due and payable by the 20th day of each month. This applies to all Counselor Realty offices, including any Additional Offices or Extension Offices.

For franchisees operating within the 11-county metropolitan area of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, the Advertising Fee is $60 per agent per month. For offices located outside this area, franchisees must participate in the Regional Advertising Group, if established, and pay $25 per agent per month to the Regional Advertising Fund.

It's important to note that Counselor Realty retains the right to increase the Advertising Fee amount during the term of the agreement. For franchisees in the Twin Cities area, this increase is at Counselor Realty's discretion. For those in the Regional Advertising Group, the fee can be increased by a majority vote of the Regional Advertising Committee.
