According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Advertising Fees are due and payable by the 20th day of each month. This applies to all Counselor Realty offices, including any Additional Offices or Extension Offices.

For franchisees with offices in the 11-county metropolitan area of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, the Advertising Fee is $60 per agent per month. For offices located outside this area, franchisees must participate in a Regional Advertising Group and pay $25 per agent per month to the Regional Advertising Fund.

It's important to note that Counselor Realty has the right to increase the Advertising Fee for offices within the Twin Cities area at its discretion.
