What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training for franchisees and up to two key personnel occurs at a Counselor Realty office or another location designated by Counselor Realty. The specific location and timing are determined by mutual agreement between Counselor Realty and the franchisee.
Franchisees are responsible for covering the costs associated with training. This includes a fee of $175 per trainer per hour, as well as all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by both the franchisee/employees and Counselor Realty's trainers.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical duration and content of the initial training program, as well as estimated travel and lodging expenses, to fully understand the financial commitment involved. Additionally, franchisees can request supplemental initial and ongoing training for themselves and their key personnel, also at a Counselor Realty office or designated location, subject to the same fees and expense responsibilities.
