What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Counselor Realty has the discretion to change the fees associated with non-technology related tools and services. As stated in Item 6, Counselor Realty may provide or require franchisees to utilize non-technology related tools and services for their business. Franchisees are obligated to pay fees associated with these tools and services.

The fees for these non-technology related tools and services can be determined by Counselor Realty at any time and in amounts that Counselor Realty deems appropriate. This means that a franchisee's costs for these services could fluctuate during the term of the franchise agreement, potentially impacting their profitability and financial planning.

It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully consider this aspect of the franchise agreement and to inquire about the types of non-technology related tools and services that are typically required, as well as the potential range of fees. Understanding how these fees may change over time is crucial for making an informed decision about investing in a Counselor Realty franchise.
