- 6.2 Advisory Services. We will advise you about proper display of the Marks, procuring fixtures and initial inventories, Counselor's business procedures, and other general guidance and advice regarding the franchised business. We may request that you attend certain meetings.
- 6.3 Website. We will create a separate webpage or subdomain for your Office and any Extension Office on Counselor Realty, Inc.'s website. If we have consented to any Additional Office locations, you may request to have us set up a separate webpage or subdomain for any such Additional Office on Counselor Realty, Inc.'s website. We will create a separate webpage or subdomain on Counselor Realty, Inc.'s website for those licensed agents you request in writing. All webpages and subdomains we create for the licensed agents operating through your Office

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the advisory services they offer include guidance on the proper display of their Marks (trademarks and logos), assistance in procuring fixtures and initial inventories, information about Counselor Realty's business procedures, and other general business advice related to the franchised business. Counselor Realty may also request that franchisees attend certain meetings.
In addition to advisory services, Counselor Realty will create a separate webpage or subdomain for the franchisee's office, including any Additional Office or Extension Office, on Counselor Realty's website. They will also create webpages or subdomains for licensed agents at the franchisee's request. These webpages will include an IDX home search option for each market the agent serves, with listing reciprocity among Counselor Realty and its franchisees.
It's important to note that while Counselor Realty provides these advisory and website services, franchisees are responsible for certain fees. Franchisees must pay a Website Set Up Fee for any webpages or subdomains created and a Website Fee associated with the webpages for the office, additional offices, extension offices, and licensed agents. These fees can change at Counselor Realty's discretion. Leads generated from Counselor Realty's website for listings in the franchisee's region will be directed to the franchisee's office, unless the lead is for a listing by another agent within the Counselor Realty system.
