What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual Costa Vida Brand Conference is mandatory for specific individuals associated with the franchise. The franchisee, or their operating partner, along with the General Manager, are all required to attend this conference each year.
This requirement ensures that key personnel stay informed about the brand's standards, operating procedures, and any updates to the Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill system. The franchisee is responsible for all travel, lodging, and incidental costs associated with attending the Brand Conference.
Failure to comply with the attendance mandate can lead to penalties, including potential fines or even termination of the Franchise Agreement. This underscores the importance Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill places on franchisees and their management teams remaining engaged with the brand and adhering to its operational guidelines.
