tion or discontinuance of the Website. We may include pages on the Website that identify participating Restaurants by address and telephone number. We are the sole owners of and reserve the rights to access and use the customer information collected through the Costa Vida Website. You will not have the capability or the right to modify the Website.
We have established and plan to maintain a Costa Vida franchising website (the "Franchise Website") through which (i) members of the Costa Vida network may communicate with each other, (ii) we may disseminate updates to the Operations Manual and other confidential information, and (iii) members of the Costa Vida network may purchase food, Ingredients, supplies, marketing and advertising material, merchandise and other things we deem appropriate. We may use the Franchise Website to provide Restaurant rankings in the Costa Vida network based on various data points tracked at any given time for the purpose of performance evaluation. No restaurantspecific financial information will be included on any ranking report provided for the consumption of the general franchise populace through the Franchise Website.
We will have no obligation to maintain the Franchise Website indefinitely and may dismantle it at any time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill FDD, franchisees do not have the right or capability to modify the Franchise Website. Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill maintains control over the design and content of both the Costa Vida Website and the Franchise Website. Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill may modify or discontinue the Franchise Website at any time without obligation or liability.
The Franchise Website serves as a communication platform for members of the Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill network, providing updates to the Operations Manual, confidential information, and a means to purchase food, ingredients, supplies, marketing materials, and merchandise. Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill may also use the Franchise Website to provide restaurant rankings based on tracked data points for performance evaluation, but without including restaurant-specific financial information.
While franchisees cannot modify the Franchise Website, they are permitted to create social media pages for their franchise with Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill's prior written consent. However, all social media pages created for the franchise belong to Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill and are subject to their policies and procedures. Franchisees must also source all advertising and promotional materials through Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill and receive prior approval for any materials that vary from the standard.
