What is Exhibit G in the Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill Franchise Agreement?

According to the 2025 Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill Franchise Agreement, Exhibit G is the Site Selection Addendum. This provides the franchisee with a protected area in which to operate their restaurant. However, Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill retains the right to operate or grant others the right to operate Costa Vida Restaurants within the Protected Area in locations such as retail outlets, grocery stores, transportation facilities, colleges, universities, sports arenas, and entertainment facilities.
