What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Corporate Cleaning Group Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement is entered into by Corporate Cleaning Group Franchise Systems LLC, identified as "we," "us," or "our," and the franchisee, referred to as "you" or "your."

This indicates that both Corporate Cleaning Group and the prospective franchisee are required to sign the agreement. The document also mentions a Covenantor, who is an individual connected with the franchisee, suggesting they may also be a party to the agreement. This setup is typical in franchising, where both parties commit to the terms outlined in the franchise agreement.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review the franchise agreement and any related documents, such as the Rider for New York, to fully understand their obligations and the franchisor's responsibilities. Consulting with a legal professional is advisable to ensure a complete understanding of the contractual obligations before signing.
