What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Corporate Cleaning Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Non-Compliance Fee is payable 'As incurred.' This means that if a Corporate Cleaning Group franchisee's business is not in compliance with the franchisor's specifications or the franchise agreement, Corporate Cleaning Group may charge a weekly fee of $100 per infraction. The determination of non-compliance and the resulting infraction is at the sole discretion of Corporate Cleaning Group. Therefore, franchisees should ensure they understand and adhere to all specifications and requirements outlined in the franchise agreement to avoid incurring these fees.

The Non-Compliance Fee is just one of several fees that a Corporate Cleaning Group franchisee may be subject to. Other fees include audit fees, interest, late fees, and insufficient fund fees. Franchisees are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement, and should budget accordingly to cover these potential expenses.

It is important to note that all fees described in Item 6 of the Corporate Cleaning Group FDD are applicable to each franchise and, except as otherwise noted, are uniformly imposed on all franchisees and are collected by and/or payable to Corporate Cleaning Group. Except as noted, all fees are nonrefundable.
