What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Corporate Cleaning Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial sales training is conducted in person at their office in Lenexa, Kansas. This is part of the initial training provided to new franchisees before they open their franchised business. The franchisor determines whether the franchisee satisfactorily completes the initial training, and failure to do so may result in delayed opening, additional training, or termination of the Franchise Agreement.
In addition to sales training, Corporate Cleaning Group also provides operations training at their headquarters in Livonia, Michigan. Following the initial training, a Sales Coach will conduct an in-territory visit as part of the Boost Program to support the franchisee's local marketing and sales efforts. The Boost Program is a separate marketing and support initiative and is not included in the Initial Training hours.
The FDD also mentions that on-the-job training will take place during the Initial Operations & Sales Training Program, involving approximately 23.5 hours. Training is provided by various personnel, including Devin Dollar, Len Yakuber, Andrea Lilly, and others, but the franchisor reserves the right to make changes to the training staff as necessary without prior notice. Franchisees may not commence operation of the Franchised Business unless and until Corporate Cleaning Group determines that they have successfully completed the Operations Training Program.
