According to Corporate Cleaning Group's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, operations training takes place in Livonia, Michigan, virtually, or at other designated locations. The initial training includes operations training at Corporate Cleaning Group's headquarters in Livonia, Michigan, and sales training conducted in person at their office in Lenexa, Kansas.

The Initial Operations & Sales Training Program includes both classroom and on-the-job training. The classroom hours for Operations Technology & System Knowledge, Recruitment, Hiring & Onboarding, History, Philosophy & Values, Accounting, Billing & Payroll, Social Media & Branding, Cleaning Equipment & Best Practices, Cleaning Operations, Operating Room Certification, Floor Care, and Employee Engagement & Leadership all take place in Livonia, MI, virtually, or other designated location. The Sales Process, Prospect Development & Proposal Strategy training takes place in Lenexa, KS, virtually, or other designated location.

Corporate Cleaning Group may also provide additional and supplemental in-person training, for which they can charge a current fee of $250 per day per person. The franchisee is responsible for all travel and personal expenses for themselves and their personnel. Failure to complete the Operations Training Program to Corporate Cleaning Group's satisfaction can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. Corporate Cleaning Group may conduct mandatory advanced training programs, including an annual conference or national business meeting, which franchisees must attend for up to five days each year at a designated location.
