What Cornwell Quality Tools programs does a Franchise Developer not qualify for?

According to Cornwell Quality Tools' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Franchise Developer qualifies for all Cornwell programs except for recruitment incentives. This exclusion specifically applies to recruitment incentives for the Dealer themselves or for three new dealers.

This means that while a Franchise Developer can participate in most of Cornwell Quality Tools' programs, they will not be eligible for any bonuses or rewards associated with recruiting new dealers, either for their own benefit or for the first three new dealers they bring into the Cornwell Quality Tools system. However, the FDD states that Franchise Developers will qualify immediately for all Tech-Credit programs and volume discounts for purchases as of the first week of business, not including the Starter Inventory. This immediate qualification provides an advantage to Franchise Developers, allowing them to access financial and purchasing benefits from the outset of their business operations. Franchise Developers must also use the IBN program, including My Business, and submit standard weekly reports to the District Sales Manager and to Cornwell's Wadsworth office.
