  • 2.2 Renewal. Upon the expiration of the Initial Term, if you meet certain conditions, you will have the option to request the right to remain a franchisee at the Franchised Location for two ten-year renewal terms (each a "Renewal Term").

You must pay a renewal fee equal to 50% of our then-current standard initial franchise fee for a Franchised Cafe (the "Renewal Fee") when you sign the Franchise Agreement for each Renewal Term.
