What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cordova's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cordova may require franchisees and their Operating Managers to participate in supplemental onsite training at their discretion. This additional training may be mandated if the franchisee is not meeting the System's performance standards, as determined by Cordova.
If Cordova determines that supplemental training is necessary, it may provide this training on-site within the franchisee's Operating Territory. The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with this training.
The franchisee must pay Cordova's current supplemental training fee, which is $500 per on-site trainer per day. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for covering the travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Cordova for the trainer.
