Our current training program is to be attended by you, or if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner and one Operating Manager at our training facility located in Omaha, Nebraska.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cordova Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program for franchisees and their managers is held at the Cordova training facility located in Omaha, Nebraska. The FDD also mentions that system-wide training programs may be offered from Cordova's affiliate-owned business, also in Omaha, Nebraska.
Prospective franchisees should note that while Cordova provides initial training for the franchisee (or managing owner) and one manager at no additional fee, franchisees are responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to attending the training. If more than two individuals attend the initial training, the franchisee will be charged an additional fee per person.
For replacement operating managers, Cordova offers its initial training program at designated facilities, which currently include an affiliate-owned Cordova Business in Omaha, Nebraska, and potentially other certified training Cordova Businesses that may be designated in the future. However, franchisees will be required to pay a supplemental training fee for replacement operating managers, which is currently $500 per manager per day.
