ITEM 16 RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT THE FRANCHISEE MAY SELL

You may only sell the products and services specified or approved by us in writing. You must sell the products and services required by us. We can change the products and services that you must offer. There is no limitation on our

right to change the products and services offered by Franchised Business. You are not limited to whom you may sell your products and services, provided you do so exclusively from within your Operating Territory and to/on behalf of clients that are located within your Operating Territory and in compliance with the standards we have determined for the System.

Soliciting by You Outside Your Territory and Territory Rules

You must operate your Cordova Business and provide the Approved Services and Products to clients exclusively within your Operating Territory. The marketing of your Cordova Business must be targeted to your Operating Territory. You may place a candidate that resides and/or is located outside of your Operating Territory and within the United States (an "Out of Territory Candidate") with a client that is located within your Operating Territory provided that you comply with rules and System requirements including, but not limited to, our fee splitting rules as set forth in the Manuals.

You may solicit candidates who reside within or outside of Franchisee's Operating Territory provided that you comply with our solicitation rules and requirements as designated by us in our Manuals. You are not allowed to directly solicit clients outside of your Operating Territory, and you do not have the right to use other channels of distribution, such as the internet, catalog sales, or other direct marketing to make sales outside your Operating Territory.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cordova's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted to selling only the products and services that Cordova specifies or approves in writing. Franchisees must sell the products and services that Cordova requires, and Cordova retains the right to change the required products and services at any time.

Cordova franchisees are not limited regarding who they may sell to, provided that all sales occur exclusively within their operating territory and adhere to Cordova's standards for the system. Franchisees must operate their Cordova business and provide approved services and products exclusively within their designated operating territory. Marketing efforts must also be targeted to this territory.

Franchisees can solicit candidates residing inside or outside their territory, adhering to Cordova's solicitation rules in the manuals. However, direct solicitation of clients outside the franchisee's operating territory is prohibited, and franchisees cannot use channels like the internet or direct marketing to make sales outside their territory.
