As of the Issuance Date of this Disclosure Document we have not established any local or regional advertising cooperatives but reserve the right to do so in the future; and

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cordova's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cordova is not currently required to establish an advertising council, but they reserve the right to do so in the future. Cordova has not established an advertising council as of the issuance date of the FDD, but they retain the option to create one later.
Cordova also has the right to authorize, establish, designate, and de-authorize local or regional advertising cooperatives within designated markets. If Cordova establishes a cooperative in a market that includes a franchisee's Cordova Business, the franchisee must contribute to the cooperative as determined by the cooperative members. These members will administer the cooperative, deciding on contribution amounts, marketing expenditures, and allocations.
Franchisee contributions to a local or regional advertising cooperative will not exceed the local marketing requirements. Cordova may also use the Brand Development Fund for advertising councils, among other things. Cordova may utilize the Brand Development Fund to develop and test various media and technologies for potential utilization and/or improvement of the operations of Cordova Businesses and the marketing of Cordova Businesses.
