What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cordova's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the minimum level of experience for Cordova trainers includes satisfactory completion of the initial training program. This means that individuals can become trainers after they have successfully gone through Cordova's own training.
This requirement ensures that all trainers, regardless of their prior experience, are familiar with Cordova's specific methods and standards. It also suggests that Cordova places a high value on its internal training program as a means of standardizing the quality of instruction provided to franchisees and their staff.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the content and rigor of the initial training program to understand the level of expertise Cordova expects of its trainers. Understanding the details of the training program will help franchisees assess whether they or their staff can meet the requirements to become trainers.
