What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cordova's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee is an ongoing monthly administrative fee, not directly tied to any specific service. Cordova uses this fee to offset costs related to their system website and intranet. While the current Technology Fee is $350 per month, Cordova retains the right to increase this fee in the future.

The maximum monthly Technology Fee for a Cordova franchise will not exceed $750 per month. This fee is payable monthly as designated by Cordova and will be automatically debited from the franchisee's bank account via ACH or other designated means.

Prospective franchisees should be aware that while the fee is currently $350, it could more than double over the term of the franchise agreement. It would be prudent to budget for the maximum fee to account for potential increases. Franchisees should also inquire about the specific services and support covered by the Technology Fee to assess its value.
