Your right to use the System will be limited to offering and providing our Approved Services and Products within your operating territory using only our System Supplies, the Licensed Marks and the specifications and requirements set forth in our Manuals and as otherwise constituting a part of our System.

According to Cordova's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's right to use the Cordova System is subject to specific limitations. The franchisee is authorized to offer and provide approved services and products exclusively within their designated operating territory. This territory is defined by Cordova at the time the Franchise Agreement is signed.
Furthermore, the franchisee's use of the Cordova System is restricted to using only System Supplies, which are the software, systems, products, supplies, equipment, and materials designated by Cordova. The franchisee must also use the Licensed Marks, which include the Cordova trademark and other trademarks, logos, and trade dress designated by Cordova. These marks may be modified or adopted by Cordova from time to time.
In addition to these restrictions, the franchisee must adhere to the specifications and requirements outlined in Cordova's confidential operations manual and other proprietary manuals. These manuals may be supplemented and modified by Cordova periodically. Therefore, a franchisee's ability to operate under the Cordova System is contingent upon strict adherence to Cordova's guidelines, approved services, designated territory, and approved supplies.
