18.S. NON-UNIFORM AGREEMENTS
Franchisee agrees and acknowledges that Franchisor makes no representations or warranties that all other agreements with Cordova Franchising, LLC franchisees entered into before or after the Effective Date do or will contain terms substantially similar to those contained in this Agreement. Franchisee agrees that Franchisor may waive or modify comparable provisions of other franchise agreements to other System franchisees in a non-uniform manner.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
The 2025 Cordova Franchise Disclosure Document states that Cordova franchisees acknowledge that the franchisor makes no representations that all agreements with other franchisees contain substantially similar terms. Franchisees also agree that Cordova may modify provisions in other franchise agreements non-uniformly.
This means that as a Cordova franchisee, you cannot assume that your agreement will be the same as other franchisees' agreements. Cordova retains the right to offer different terms and conditions to different franchisees, which is not uncommon in franchising.
