Initial Training
If this is your first Cordova Business, we will provide initial training for you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus one designated manager. Either you or your Managing Owner, plus your Operating Manager, must successfully complete the initial training program to our satisfaction not earlier than 30 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Cordova Business. The initial training program takes place over an approximate one week period. If more than two individuals attend initial training, you will be charged an additional fee per additional persons attending initial training. Although we provide you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, with initial training at no additional fee or charge, you will be responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to your attendance and completion of training. This training must be completed to Cordova's satisfaction no earlier than 30 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Cordova Business. The initial training program typically takes about one week.
Cordova's training program is to be attended by you, or if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner and one Operating Manager at their training facility in Omaha, Nebraska. You may not open your Cordova Business until you have completed the initial training requirements.
Prospective franchisees should note that failure to complete the training in time could delay their opening and impact their ability to start generating revenue. Franchisees are responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to attendance and completion of the training.
