- Initial Training for Replacement Operating Managers Your Operating Manager must complete, to our satisfaction, our initial training program. We will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager our initial training program which must be completed to our satisfaction. The initial training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our affiliate owned Cordova Business located in Omaha, Nebraska and at the certified training Cordova Business that we may designate in the future. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $500 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending our initial training. Article 4.A. also mentions that if a franchisee is not meeting System performance standards, Cordova may provide supplemental on-site training, for which the franchisee will be required to pay Cordova's then-current supplemental training fee, which is currently $500 per on-site trainer per day, plus travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Cordova.
Additionally, the document defines an "Annual Conference Attendance Fee" as a fee to be paid by the franchisee to Cordova, with the amount determined by Cordova but not exceeding $1,000 per attendee per year. The franchisee is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with travel to and attendance at the Annual System Conference.
