Does Cordova have to approve the location of the Administrative Office?
Cordova Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Your Cordova Business must be managed from a commercial office that supports the administrative management and day-to-day operations of the Franchised Business (an "Administrative Office"). Your Administrative Office must meet our standards and specifications, be located within your operating territory, and be approved by us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cordova's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the location of the Administrative Office must be approved by Cordova. The Administrative Office is defined as the commercial office that manages the administrative and daily operations of the Cordova Franchised Business.
Cordova requires that the Administrative Office meet their standards and specifications. Additionally, the office must be located within the franchisee's operating territory.
This means a prospective Cordova franchisee cannot simply choose any location for their Administrative Office. They must find a location that meets Cordova's standards, is within their designated territory, and receives approval from Cordova before operating the Franchised Business from that location. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors typically want to ensure that the franchisee's office space reflects well on the brand and meets certain operational requirements.
