According to Cordova's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an "Administrative Office(s)" refers to the fixed back-office office and operational facilities from which Cordova Businesses are administratively managed and operationally coordinated. The Franchisee's Administrative Office is the specific Cordova Administrative Office from which the franchisee establishes, operates, and manages their Franchised Business.

Effectively, the Administrative Office serves as the central hub for a Cordova franchise. It is where the franchisee handles the administrative tasks and operational coordination necessary to run the business. The franchisee must manage and coordinate the operations of the Franchised Business from an Administrative Office located within the Franchisee's Operating Territory.

The FDD also specifies that if a franchisee's Administrative Office is a former Cordova Business location, it must be modified and altered as necessary to ensure that it is completely deidentified and differentiated from its former appearance to prevent any confusion by the public. Furthermore, a franchisee cannot relocate their Administrative Office outside of their Operating Territory without prior written consent from Cordova. If a franchisee wishes to relocate their Administrative Office within their Operating Territory, they must obtain Cordova's prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld if the franchisee is in compliance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement and the new facility meets Cordova's current standards and specifications. The franchisee may not operate the Franchised Business from a residence location outside of the Operating Territory.
