As of the issuance date of this disclosure document, the only acceptable payment procedure to us is through the use of a designated web-based, self-service application for electronic payment. All fees are imposed by and payable to us or our Related Parties, without offset, unless we have stated otherwise in this table. We uniformly impose the fees described in this table; however, we have the right to negotiate increases or decreases in, vary or waive, cap or alter the amount, form or calculation of any of the fees. We have in the past, reduced, waived or capped fees paid on certain transactions and we have the right to do so again in the future.
