Does Corcoran provide on-the-job training to franchisees?

We will make available to you learning materials during Orientation, which may include oral presentations, videos, recordings, recruiting information and other related materials. All of these learning materials are and will remain our sole property. We have the right to change, discontinue or add any education program for the Corcoran® System at any time.
During the operation of your Corcoran® Office(s), we will provide recommendations to you with respect to improvements and changes to the System. The guidance may be in the form of bulletins or other written
materials, electronic communication, consultation by telephone or in person at your Office(s), or by other means. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.2.2.)
Our Senior Vice President of Learning and Development, Marc Alter, oversees our learning programs. Mr. Alter has been conducting training and educational programs for the Corcoran® brand since July 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in providing real estate industry training and education, including being the founder of a real estate education start-up company. The learning team is comprised of individuals specialized in various areas of the real estate industry or industry related areas.
We also will conduct ongoing education courses, seminars or conferences either online, in your area or elsewhere, such as brand conferences or industry events. We have the right to determine if and when these courses may be offered, associated fees, as well as their duration and content. If learning sessions are held at our brand conference(s) or industry events, you are responsible for your transportation costs, lodging, meals and other expenses to attend. Your attendance at these courses is voluntary. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.2.1.) Through our learning platform, we also intend to provide programs which we encourage you and your independent sales associates to complete. We may make online learning materials available for your use. Additional learning resources are currently provided through a specialized learning team dedicated to providing enhanced learning resources to us, Anywhere Advisors and the Real Estate Affiliates.

According to Corcoran's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, on-the-job training is not provided to franchisees.
