Does Corcoran charge a fee for ongoing educational materials?

According to Corcoran's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no cost for ongoing educational materials. However, if learning sessions are held at brand conferences or industry events, the franchisee is responsible for travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred to attend the optional courses.

Corcoran may offer optional learning programs, courses, seminars, or conferences at designated times and places. While the educational materials themselves are free, franchisees should anticipate expenses related to attending these events. These expenses could include registration fees, transportation, and accommodation.

Corcoran will provide guidance on compliance with the System in the P&P Manual, bulletins and other written materials, consultations by telephone or in person at our facilities or an Office, or by other means of communication for a fee. Corcoran may, at the franchisee's request, provide special assistance for which the franchisee will be required to pay then-current fees and expenses.

Prospective franchisees should factor in these potential costs when budgeting for ongoing training and development. While the base educational content is provided without charge, taking full advantage of advanced training opportunities will likely involve additional out-of-pocket spending.
