We also may offer other ancillary services, directly or through Related Parties, or other companies for a fee, to assist you in enhancing your Franchise. Ancillary services may include new development consulting and marketing (as described in Item 1), certain loan brokerage, escrow services, title searches, insurance and the like, related to a Residential Real Estate brokerage operation. These services may not be available in all markets, and we have the right to add, change or discontinue any ancillary service at any time.
