What training program must the transferee successfully complete to transfer a Cool Binz franchise?

According to Cool Binz's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a transferee must successfully complete the Business Manager and Technical Operations Training program to be approved for a franchise transfer. This requirement ensures that the new owner is adequately prepared to manage the business and maintain Cool Binz's operational standards.

This training program is also mentioned in the context of the Managing Owner or Designated General Manager, who must complete it to the franchisor's satisfaction. Failure to do so can result in the termination of the franchise agreement.
