Are there currently any approved suppliers for Cool Binz in which any of the officers own an interest?

According to the 2025 Cool Binz Franchise Disclosure Document, currently, there are no approved suppliers in which any of Cool Binz's officers hold an ownership interest. This means that franchisees are not obligated to purchase supplies or services from any entity where Cool Binz's officers would directly benefit financially through their ownership.

However, Cool Binz does require franchisees to purchase the Initial Package, Initial Promotional Package, and Container Assembly and Set Up directly from them, retaining the right to derive revenue from these required purchases. Cool Binz also retains the right to designate approved suppliers for these materials in the future.
